9 Tuco Salamanca
Tuco was the first major villain of the Breaking Bad series and was frighteningly erratic. A meth user who had his own empire answering to the Mexican Cartel (made up of his family), he was Walt and Jesse’s first look at the big time.

7 Skyler White
Skyler starts off a character who the audience seemed to hate before it is made clear that she was yet another victim of Walter and was actually a well-rounded, decent enough person in comparison.
Though her actions weren’t perfect and she does plenty wrong, fans can forgive her for the way she was being when considering everything that Walt and his career as a criminal put her through.
